I had a recording of THE SOUND OF MUSIC with Dame Kiri Te Kanawa when I was in High School. I bought it when the local library was purging some old media.
I also got the original cast album of APPLAUSE lol
Also love that SHOWBOAT recording.
And (though now widely produced at opera houses) I also love the 1991 recording of CANDIDE. Another high school purchase. |
