A late 1970s or early 80s (can't remember) production of GUYS AND DOLLS starring Milton Berle as Nathan that I saw changed the lyric, "And you'll know at a glance by the two pair of pants" to "And you'll know at a glance by the crease in his pants".
A high school production I saw changed "Hollanderize it" to "One-Hour Martinize it".
I've never heard any lyric substitutions for "With the sheep's eye and the licorice tooth." |
