Thanks for mentioning Charlotte d'Amboise as Roxie Hart! She was born for the role and is brilliant in it. She's done it over a period of about 25 years including the tour and numerous returns to the Broadway run; I wouldn't be surprised if she comes back again.
I was also lucky enough to catch her as Sweet Charity during the previews when she was subbing for the injured Christina Applegate; she was ideal in that role too.
