| Ray of light is an ok local theater group. Probably one set because I don’t think there is much wing space. I don’t go to see many of their shows. Direction and acting are usually fine. I’m seeing handmaids tale at sf opera this week. It is performing a few times next week. It’s a west coast premiere. Sfopera.com. Berkeley rep has mexodus in previews. It’s a coproduction with Baltimore and DC theaters. That’s an easy 30 minutes Bart ride to Berkeley. If you’re gay (although straight people are allowed to attend 😏) ride the cyclone is in previews at new conservatory theater. Nctcsf.org. It’s a regional premiere but I don’t know where it has been before. |
