Both Farrow and Lupone are above the title, so I imagine the producers are trying to avoid huge numbers of refund requests if Farrow isn't replaced with a name. Halstead is available if one of the actors falls ill during a performance, but I think it's probably pretty unlikely she would be on stage when the curtain goes up for any performance.
