I'm asking because some American audiences have a lot of difficulty with regional British dialects in movies and TV shows, too. I'm curious to know if this was an isolated experience for you or if you've also experienced this in plays, TV shows or movies with heavier regional accents.
Your post had me a bit worried as we have tickets for it in two weeks. Though, both of us are originally from Britain, so perhaps that will help! |
