| I struggled with some of the lyrics, too, but do we just blame mikes now? What about diction? Actually, the way I phrased that sounds more opinionated than I really am--I am not a professional, and I'm asking seriously. When we can't hear lyrics sometimes, as in FB, how much can we hold the performers accountable and how much is sound design? There was one in particular in that show that I had trouble understanding. I was sitting in the second row and listening hard. |
