I have been to Shaw more often than Stratford but both are top notch.
The current LA CAGE is really wonderful. While it's on a smaller scale like the Harvey revival ..the cast is really great. James Daly is the best Jean Michel I have ever seen. He did GRAND HOTEL there a few years back and appeared in that DRACULA comedy in NY recently at New World Stages.
