You will love Moulin Rouge I’ve seen it twice and I would see it again. I did really enjoy water elephants, but some people didn’t also The set for the great Gatsby is great as also is Jeremy Jordan and the notebook is surprisingly good. I don’t have any great desire to see the new cabaret. I was lucky enough to see the original, which was fantastic on Broadway and all also to see the revival with Alan Cummings and of course the movie is fantastic.
If you have time, I would recommend the revival of the play hold onto me, darling which will be starring Adam Driver. I saw the original at Atlantic Theatre with Timothy Olyphant over decade ago and I absolutely loved it so I bought a ticket even though they are expensive.
How has the summer been in New Orleans? I was only there once about 20 years ago. If you get in touch, I will certainly buy you a drink in the theater district. You seem like really rabid theater goers.
