I too saw the CITY OF ANGELS tour (after I'd seen it in New York with a replacement cast that included Michael Rupert, Tom Wopat, Susan Terry, and Charles Levin) at the Forrest Theatre in Philadelphia, and was surprised that headliner Barry Williams, who played Stone, set up a table in the lobby after the show to sell his book and meet fans. I'd never seen anything like that before. I got him to sign a PLAYBILL for a friend at college who was a huge BRADY BUNCH fan. I recall thinking that the tour was good, but not as good as the New York production.
