I don't know. Lansbury was 45 when she did the show. All of those talented actresses are a good deal older. 55 may be the new 45, but I'm not sure that 65 and 70, which is where all those actresses are (except Pawk, who is 62), are the new 45.
Murphy wasn't too old for Dear World, but Lansbury was young for that role. I think the character in Prettybelle is supposed to be more in her 40s than her 60s or 70s. |
