| This is sad as I can't count how many times I have been there. I was there before it was called the Laurie Beechman room. Linda Eder performed there with a large amount of musicians. I was writing for a cabaret paper CAB and we met. She was extraordinary and would send me stuff. Karen Mason did her CHristmas shoe there and recorded it live. Mabel Mercer Foundation did tons of stuff there and so did KT SUllivan and Jeff Harnar, I could go on. I would celebrate my birthday there every year. IT is in Manhattan Plaza's property and the food is amazing. We can't let this happen!!!! |
