| You know, I think I read it relatively recently in some article about the show on the internet, but I don't quite remember. I think it said Sondheim had complimented Ira Levin personally on his lyrics, along the lines that he thought they were very clever and well-done (I'm paraphrasing, sorry). I did a search just now, and found Bruce Kimmel saying this to confirm what I had read elsewhere, linked below. |
