It’s really a big show with movable tracks around the theater so it’s beyond a nonprofit theater revival. It’s such a weak plot and sub songs I can’t see a revival recouping. But I do think cats might transfer. I wonder if it could fit in circle theater in the spring. With comet, here lies love, cabaret and now cats, there almost needs to be a broadway house designed for 1200 seats theater in the round. Although I didn’t care for cabaret, I was surprised how close front mezz is to the stage at the Wilson. I suppose starlightE would also fit in a theater in the round configuration.
