Glad to hear I wasn't the only one with this feeling Thursday evening.
More importantly - he REFUSED to give in to the performers and try to help them where/if he could - he just stayed perfectly in time, and slow. A simple quick turn around and a gesture to help bring someone in would not have hurt his ego.. and would have helped the performance on more than one occasion.
