Studios don’t have a lot of movies. So they seem to be spreading them out and claiming a weekend without competition. This summer is basically one a week. July 4th weekend has despicable me 4 without any competition of other blockbuster. So moving wicked to previous weekend doesn’t mean it is a bad movie.
