Cowardly Custard andOh Coward on Noel Coward, Sing for Your Supper, With a Song in My Heart, and Rodgers & Hart Songbook, A Grand Night for Singing on Rodgers and Hammerstein, June Stone did his own revue at Rainbow Room, A Party with Camden and Green, Jerome Kern in Hollywood, Decline and Fall of the World Seen through the Eyes of Cole Porter, Bobby Short's Crazy for Gershwin -- there are far too numerous revues that have been created through the years on most major Broadway Composers to name in this post.
