A person who is assisting both literary and engagement is most likely a dramaturg, and that’s an artistic position, both in its function and in its professional development. This is something that I can tell you 100% from my role in nonprofits.
Adam’s assistant is more a question of how well Adam can manage his own life and schedule, and I don’t have any intel on that front, lol. |
