That is indeed the boilerplate version of the clause (minus the typos :-) )

My mileage varies from yours on the details but I suspect it may be the words you are using.

TBC re Beetlejuice, it was not and would not be necessary to "invoke" (I would call it "notice" the stop clause) at the time of the "triggering." I do suspect that some have asked for a variation of the clause that might be called the Beetlejuice provision. If you care to, you could explain your understanding without using words of art. But like I said, I am not sure you are saying anything different.
