There’s a Broadway World article reporting on this that is as baffled as the rest of us. There was a casting notice that went out that sparked this, but there’s been no press release or other press engagement, but there was a reference to Hugh Panaro doing a workshop in LA. (What?)

Webber and RUG are saying yes to a lot of things right now, but if this is even possible, it’s ill-advised, as the UK Starlight Megamix shows us.

(Egads, that production looks cheap and sad with its tiny set and rudimentary skating tricks. If there’s no tilting bridge, it’s not Starlight.)

I feel like it’s better than even odds that this was an AI hallucination, because none of the math is mathing.
