I had bought a ticket for the live stream but shotgun had issues. So they provided me a link to the video on demand, which started a few days later because the show extended. The steaming is $20 until July 5.

His earlier play eureka day is on broadway this fall. I saw that early Covid days and don’t remember much about it but a lot of arguing about vaccination requirements for schools kids (I think mumps or measles.). Who would have thought they precovid play would be so relevant post covid requirements of Covid vaccines (Florida?).

Anyway, this play is also set pre-covid when a nonprofit company fired the managing director for bad behavior and the company committee is looking to hire a replacement. There is lots of arguing and maneuvering for new manager and clashes with artistic direction of the company based on getting new subscribers vs keeping old subscribers and donors happy. It’s well represented by the small cast from ticket agents to comittee members and donors. It’s worth watching the play running 2 hours (Intermission break is cut from video) Also several cameras were used from different angles and close-up so it’s better than back of room filming.
