I'm sorry you missed it :-( I was in my early 20's and demanded my BF trek out there on one of our annual NYC theatre trips from the midwest. LOL. It was my first Follies on stage. Was able to get pics with Ann Miller and Liliane...who I adored from Nine and the Follies concert which I knew by then. That was pretty special. She wore a HUGE red hat and ate at the restarant nearby along with all us common folk, seeming to hold court.
Funny, but after living in NYC for decades I have only ever returned there ONCE?! to see The Bodyguard (NOT) starring Deborah Cox (the night I went). LOL. Less said the better. |
