Good try lol. But can you imagine, for a marketing standpoint, not being able to have that coveted "Best Musical!!!!" or "Best Play!!!!" banner?
Also, Contact or no Contact, what would be the odds that a play would ever win "Best Production!!!!" where musicals always tend to get more attention and almost always are technically more complex, glitzier, and with more appeal for tourists and tours? You would then have "Best Production!!!!" substituting for "Best Musical!!!!" and the play could only hope for "Best Playwright!!!!"
