I was impressed...if that's the word...when "Two Wooden Bowls," one of which looks like it has a chunk bitten off, went for $800. But that lot turned out to contain a 3d bowl, so maybe it was a bargain...
One lot I idly thought about bidding for was the 2 parody prints of La Grand Jatte...(one set in Brooklyn - the one I really wanted - the other with a flasher blocking the view.) It went for $3250, which seems fairly reasonable.
Thanks for the info on the markup, I had no idea... |
