to me she comes off as smug...and she reaches for applause lines. How about all those women directors!
Unlike Neil Patrick Harris or even Nathan Lane, she is not self-deprecating or funny, and she certainly doesn't have the gravitas of an Angela Lansbury. If NPH or Nathan don't want to do it, maybe a Julie White, Julie Halston or Stephen Colbert. |
