I suspect marketing and PR are more involved that we'd like or expect. Why else pair Nick Jonas and Adrienne Warren, other than that they just happen to have that morning (or the night before?) been announced as the co-stars of a coming Broadway revival? Nobody involved in producing the show was doing that without Seaview/ATG pushing for it.
