Pregnant women can do most kinds of physical activity. Six spins (I just rewatched it) are not going to pop the baby out by centrifugal force, nor should it make her woozy (even if she plays it like she is). And Groff is literally right there.
Things you should not do while pregnant are horseback riding and skiing, largely because your center of gravity has changed and even if you were good at those sports, there’s a risk of falling.
