| Would PBS even broadcast it anymore? I remember there used to be a sense that the Tonys were too gay or stuffy or elite or something for good ratings. I still think producers think it's not cool enough, the kind of producer that wears a fedora into their fifties and sixties. Who knows, they are probably right. |
