I've conducted the show before and really want to watch the orchestra as much as the singers
The orchestra is elevated about twelve feet, so do NOT sit down front! I sat in the front row of the mezz and had a perfect view of the band.
I counted 14 strings, and the contrabass clarinet was a special thrill. |
