From Deadline.com:

''& Juliet,'' the playful, pop-infused musical that gives Shakespeare’s lovestruck heroine a second chance at life, has recouped its $17 million capitalization, the first new musical of the 2022-23 to do so, and only the fourth new musical to become profitable since the Covid pandemic shutdown. ...

The three other new musicals to recoup post-pandemic are ''Moulin Rouge,'' ''Six'' and ''MJ.'' When the Neil Diamond musical ''A Beautiful Noise'' closes at the end of this month, ''& Juliet'' will be the only Broadway show that opened during the 2022-23 season still playing.

(In March, ''Merrily We Roll Along,'' a musical revival, recouped its $12 million capitalization.)
