I saw the original cast and also had amazing orchestra seats but still didn't really enjoy it. Looked great, loved all the dancing and energy but the medleys just wore me out. The audience I saw it with was even chuckling at how many songs were crammed into some of them.
I did think the 'Chandelier' sequence was pretty great, and a great use of that particular song. |
