You seem so ready to just jump quickly to the defense of things that don't need defense. I can assess the situation without "critiquing" it. My assessment is that NYTW had no risk in producing this remounting of this Merrily production off-broadway. And that it wasn't their home grown production. These are, as far as I can tell, absolutely true. If you think this is negative, or a critique, and you think I should be giving them credit for this production more than I have... I guess I don't agree.
