| John, The story of David has at least 4 complete parts. Saul, David, Goliath. David and Jonathan. David and Bathsheba, David bringing the Holy Arc to Jerusalem, David and Absalom -- whoops more than 4. Each is a magnificent story. Too much to chew in this production. The music had no originality nor bounce. It made me impressed that Evita was a terrific telling of a complex character and story. This is no Evita. Disappointed |
