I have not seen the version with a female Bobby, but unless bigger changes have been made in some places that I am aware of, I would say it's not just stuff that has happened in the last few days but stuff that has happened over the last few months or even perhaps the last couple of years. For example, the three short scenes with the three girlfriends or boyfriends don't seem like they happened over the course of just a few days. And when Robert or Bobby visits Susan and Peter the first time, they tell him they are planning to divorce. When he sees them again, they have divorced. It's gotta be more than just a few days later.

And I would say that "Being Alive" must be some time after the Amy-Paul (or Jamie-Paul) scene.

And I think there are some other things that suggest a period of incidents covering at least months playing in Robert's or Bobby's head.
