Not at all. It's a 3.5 hour play with little bits of 6 songs because the characters are recording an album. In jukebox musicals, characters are often singing songs that express their feelings and there are 15-20 full musical production numbers that end with a button for applause. Stereophonic isn't remotely close to being a musical.
