The board of City Repertory Theater Company launches a search for a new Artistic Director. But Helen, the Managing Director has a better idea: convince Maya, the former Associate Artistic Director, to return. Maya refuses - who would want to go back to such a problematic theater? Then, with great ambitions, Maya agrees to return and see if she can finally bring about real change in the organization. |
