The movie was very good. David Strathairn was well cast and excellent as Murrow. Clooney is a fine actor but possibly a little too lightweight to play someone like Edward R. Murrow. Maybe the story won't translate well to the stage. Of course, I could be wrong.

I'm guessing that Clooney wants this play done on Broadway because he sees parallels in it to things that are happening today. However, I suspect that Bannon and Tucker Carlson will absolutely not be happy with it being on Broadway if things in November go their way. Just IMO.
