The singing in that film is great, though the storyline and the film itself otherwise wasn't particularly good. Tibbett made some other films in the early 1930s -- one I particularly liked is "Metropolitan", with wonderful Alice Brady, wherein Tibbett does a superb "Largo al factotum" from "Barber of Seville", among other arias.
