Also in the "loved it" camp. Familiarity with Macbeth and Rebecca is helpful for parsing scenes and recognizing characters. I saw it once not long after it opened, and went back a second time several months later (where I did, indeed, see things I hadn't seen before). I didn't try to follow any particular characters, but just explored as the mood took me.
One suggestion: If you go with someone else, do not try to make any plans to stay close together. There's a bar area where you can agree to meet as and when (or just stop by if you need a break from the mask). |
