If DEAR OCTOPUS is on at the NT I would see that. I was amazed that the NT was giving it a major revival as it's been an odd title that I've only ever seen in theatre history books. And Lindsay Duncan is always worth watching.
As you are perhaps thinking I think both GUYS AND DOLLS and DORIAN GRAY may come to NYC. I doubt DEAR OCTOPUS will.
I'd also see AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE. Even if you see/have seen the Jeremy Strong production, this one is by Thomas Ostermeier from Berlin and sounds unique, as his work tends to be. |
