There are many places to sit and just observe. And areas to explore at your own pace. There are some areas of uneven ground and some areas are dimly lit that could be a challenge to some with mobility issues. If need be, there is an elevator if a person cannot navigate steps, but if one can go up two flights at whatever pace they choose, one can have the whole experience. FYI--it is best to know that there are several floors to explore and that the whole cycle of events happens at least four times. And you simply cannot see it all.

It also helps to have seen the Hitchcock film "Rebecca" and have a familiarity with Macbeth. And the score to "Vertigo". FWIW.
