Arcadia is one of my favorite, favorite plays, so I got tickets despite some misgivings about what Bedlam might do.

What Bedlam did do is ruin the play, muddy relationships between characters, miscast many parts, and fight against the meaning of the story.

Generally, I have tears in my eyes by the end of Arcadia, but this production cut the play's heart out.

Highly, highly disappointing!

Oh, and if you think you don't like Arcadia from watching this production, keep in mind that what they performed was not actually Arcadia.
