I had a terrible experience with Oh Mary! at the Lortel. Sat in the 3rd row of the mezzanine and couldn't see a damn thing. There was no rake so to see over people's heads was very difficult and the railing also obscured part of the view. It certainly was not listed as an obstructed view and the ticket price was $86. That aside the audience found every moment hilarious and expressed themselves in no uncertain terms. It was very funny but come on. So not being able to see and hear it well, I left the theater very disgruntled. I would like to see it again in better circumstances but spending even more money on something that the Tweed Theater or Charles Ludlum did for half the price is really too much
