| It’s near the bottom of the my list for Sondheim musicals. However, it is a great production that doesn’t stumble over the material. It just glides along so that you enjoy it for what it is. I felt this production erased any bad memories of local production I saw years ago, but it didn’t make me a fan of the show. Radcliffe is great but I do feel it’s the production that is the star to minimize the weaknesses of the show. |
