As has already been pointed out, they could not have been more clear that they were asking for feedback/bug reports via email. Maybe you could volunteer your time to be part of a beta test. Or offer to pay for it.

Would love to be part of a beta test. But if you know anything about beta tests, people are not paid to participate. They volunteer. The webmaster of ATC could have designed a real beta test. And I would certainly volunteer to create a form that would cover all the bases. If the webmaster contacts me I will help
