"Where Are the Snows?" from I Do! I Do! Although the lyric does not mention New Year's Eve, in the show the song is sung on New Year's Eve, and the passing of time is central to the lyric.

You might also look at the title song of another Jones and Schmidt show, Celebration. The show is set on New Year's Eve, although the lyric for the song seems more specific to the winter solstice.

Also, "Here's to Us" from Little Me.

If you're looking at Starting Here, Starting Now, why not "A New Life Coming"?
