| well, i don't want to argue about it but i don't know of any review that doesn't contain some complaint about something. that doesn't always translate into "mixed" for me. i don't feel like going back to see what i may have missed but my impressions from what i remember reading is the reviews were very good. perhaps i got that wrong. wouldn't be the first time. | |

| I read plenty of reviews that contain few or even no complaints. I'm sure I could make a list of recent reviews from a variety of sources on a bunch of different shows in which no important reservations (or even none at all) were voiced. But I also read reviews that contain complaints and yet I come away feeling that the review is nonetheless extremely favorable. I didn't feel that way about the reviews I cited of this current Fiddler. I felt that they were mixed to modestly favorable. | |
