What off Browadway shows have made profit in recent years

Other than the long running "event" shows (Blue Man, Stomp, Bubble show), what off Broadway show has made a profit in the past several years? Heathers? The Flick? Murder for Two?, Old Hats?

MURDER FOR TWO and the magic show NOWHERE TO HIDE.

OLD HATS is non-profit and I know HEATHERS didn't recoup (although I enjoyed it).

Can't think of any others...

Are Off Broadway grosses publicly reported the way Broadway's are? If so, I'm not aware of it.
