The man is dead. When we die, we don't get to approve, disapprove, like, dislike, love, hate or anything else. He doesn't even get to pick the paint color for the living room of his home. I certainly hope the most important losses his death caused are not the approval rights over a show. Notwithstanding, he can and does get to approve from the grave because the executor he chose for his estate (because of our corporate welfare copyright laws) will stand in his shoes for years to come. There is nothing poor about him or his estate.
