How early to arrive for rush?

I know the box office opens at 10am on Friday and Saturday, and 12noon on Sunday. I wonder if anyone has a sense of how early I would have to line up to get rush seats?

You should check brodwayspotted.com rush board which gets updated each week and includes what time people start lining up on weekdays/weekends.
